Redemption CCG Promotional Cards:

Redemption CCG Promotional Cards are cards that don't come in packs. Typically they are given out for participating in tournaments as well as winning tournaments. The 10 original promos were gained by other means, the easiest by buying a factory set from Cactus Game Design which are now sold out. Now each year each level of tournament has it's own promo as well as seasonal promos.

Winner promos were introduced in 2016 and Worker National promos were introduced in 2019.

Introduction
Dual-Alignment Enhancement (2003) and Taunt (2010).

Dual-Alignment
Dual-alignment cards have two different alignments. Most dual-alignment cards are dual icon cards. Dual-alignment cards count as their face value alignment for deck building. If face value is both alignments, if neutral is not one of them, the card is counted as neutral, otherwise the card is counted as the other alignment.

Taunt:
If no opponent has a lost soul in his territory, you may make a "Taunt battle challenge" with an evil character that has a Taunt identifier. A taunt battle challenge is done by placing the evil character into battle and declaring an opponent. The opponent may accept the Taunt battle challenge by placing a Hero into battle to fight the evil character. If the evil character wins the Taunt battle challenge, activate the special ability in the parentheses after the Taunt identifier. If the battle challenge is declined the taunt ability works.
